Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original velvet pouches and shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
